The article focuses on the mental health and quality of life of Ukrainian women affected by war, specifically those living in areas with regular shelling, internally displaced persons and refugees. The study examines the association between location status, depression, substance use, and quality of life among Ukrainian university-affiliated women during the war with Russia and results indicate that war-associated displacement negatively impacts the mental health and quality of life of women.
