Paper presents cogeneration system with organic Rankine cycle efficiency comparative analysis of ship with E3 test cycle with specific load modes. Comparison of optimized results for 6 working fluids. Cycle was simulated in thermodynamic engineering software Thermoflow where results of operating parameters were received. The most optimal working fluid (from selected) for the research object with operated in E3 test cycle is R123. However, in terms of energy efficiency there is no significant difference between working fluids as the operating parameters are decisive for the selection. Overall energy efficiency is significantly increase with ORC cogeneration system up to 5,7%.
