Analiza uobičajenih neispravnosti u jamstvenom periodu ; Analysis of Common Defects during Warranty Period

Održavanje voznog parka podrazumijeva izvršavanje redovitih servisa, otklon kvarova i svih oštećenja da bi se prijevozno sredstvo dovelo u stanje sigurno za prijevoz. Održavanje voznog parka iziskuje znatna financijska sredstva, što se povećava sa starošću vozila u voznom parku. Kod novih vozila uobičajeno je da proizvođač daje određena jamstva tijekom unaprijed određenog perioda na ispravnost komponenti vozila. U radu je analiziran vozni park tvrtke RALU Logistika s aspekta kvarova koji su se događali u jamstvenom periodu. Unutar jamstvenog perioda od dvije godine, prvih 12 mjeseci otkloni kvarova su subvencionirani od strane proizvođača, te nakon isteka prvih 12 mjeseci daje se popust na kupnju dijelova do isteka jamstva. Analiza voznog parka RALU Logistike je napravljena za MAN, Mercedes i Volvo tegljače, gdje je utvrđeno da se unutar jamstvenog perioda nije bilo kvarova vozila već se odrađivao samo redovan servis. Iz tog razloga je napravljena analiza kvarova za period nedugo nakon isteka jamstva. ; Maintenance of the vehicle fleet includes regular service, removal of all malfunctions and all damages so that transport vehicle could be in state safe to transport. With new vehicles, it is common that manufacturer gives certain warranties trough specified period on proper work of components of vehicle. In warranty period of two years, first 12 months manufacturer of vehicle pays all malfunctions, and after those 12 months they give additional discount on buying parts until warranty period expires.
