Soft starter je elektronički uređaj koji se koristi za postupno pokretanje i zaustavljanje uglavnom trofaznih asinkronih motora. Soft starteri smanjuju početni napon i struju koja se isporučuje motoru, što smanjuje stres na motoru i povećava njegov vijek trajanja.
