Material examined. No specimens examined. Distribution. Northwestern India. Remark. The male of this species has an unique character among the species of the genus: T2 with two pale spots located transversely near the middle. The type locality of Mutilla miranda is possibly in Northern India since Mutilla dives Smith, 1855, also described from the collection of W.W.
