In shaping competitiveness, it is important to develop certain models of competitiveness. In order to remain competitive, companies must create a complex that allows them to become superior to other competitors. Object of the work: Competitiveness analysis. The aim of the work to perform an analysis of the competitiveness of PRIMEFIGHT TV. Work tasks: 1. To reveal the concept of competitiveness and the analysis of the factors determining competitiveness from the theoretical point of view; 2. Analyze competitiveness models from a theoretical point of view; 3. To analyze the competitiveness of PRIMEFIGHT TV in relation to other providers of the same sports services. 4. Present the results of PRIMEFIGHT TV's strategic analysis Work methods: • Analisis of scientific literature. • Document analysis. • Questionnaire Research results. The prices of the services provided by PRIMEFIGHT TV meet the needs of each customer, as the applied discount system allows to adapt to the wishes of each customer. The prices of sports services provided by PRIMEFIGHT TV correspond to the quality of the provided services. The price-quality ratio is proportional. The services provided by PRIMEFIGHT TV, although not widely known, meet consumer expectations.
