It is in the French history, a history which for ages, as soon as women try to pave their way in the universities arena, there is a systematic reorganization that slow down their ambitions: women, despite legislative incitements remain in minority in the function of power. The universities (a state institutions) are not out from a problematic that disturbs our societies during a long time: male domination. This domination system will not be spared in a sense that academical syndicalism that claim equality, and which should lead the struggle ratify institutional logics. This domination well anchored in French universities has been "exported'' in French black African universities, consolidate by representations of ''gender’ ‘and different domination reports. The same after the proclamation of independence under the academic gown of the French university. The issues to understand the male dominance is to understand ''the complicity’ ‘that would mainly exist either in France and in Niger concerning universities logics promotions and the unionism logics. The nesting of these institutions implies that male power combines the mastery of careers, the mastery of syndical power. By which mechanism these societies that claim to be democratic and egalitarian perpetuate some social practices that maintain women playing a second role whereas men are always at the first stage? By which mechanism universities and trade unions two institutions for meritocratic universalism, transparency and neutrality of rules reproduce male domination? How to set a dispute process of male domination and colonial reports between France and Niger? ; C’est dans l’histoire française, une histoire qui fait que lorsque les femmes commencent grâce à la mixité, à montrer le bout du nez dans le monde universitaire, il y a une réorganisation systémique qui fait que de toute façon il n’y a pas grand-chose qui change aux lieux du pouvoir : les femmes restent minoritaires aux fonctions de pouvoir malgré les incitations législatives.
