Also includes Dutch, and English. ; This map of the Florida peninsula, Cuba, the Bahamas, and part of Hispaniola was prepared at the time of the War of Jenkin's Ear between Britain and Spain. The map details the route of the Spanish treasure ships arriving in Havana from Spain, and then heading south towards Cartagena. Three insets at top depict the harbors of St. Augustine, Havana, and Santo Domingo. Printed between October 1740 and June 1741. Issued and sold both separately and as a part of: "Grand theatre de la guerre en Amerique", a six-sheet map of the West Indies published during the War of Austrian Succession and the War of Jenkins' Ear. It also appeared as a map in Ottens' Atlas minor. This is the separately issued state as it contains its own title cartouche. ; Relief shown pictorially.
