Cilj ovog diplomskog rada je odrediti utjecaj brzine zavarivanja i mješavine zaštitnog plina kod TIG zavarivanja titanija na dubinu penetracije. U teorijskom dijelu rada iznesene su karakteristike titanija i njegovih legura kao karakteristike pojedinih postupaka kojima se uobičajeno zavaruje navedeni materijal. Detaljnije je analiziran TIG postupak te detalji vezani uz njega kao korišteni dodatni materijal, plinske mješavine, specifičnosti pri zavarivanju titanija ovim postupkom te uobičajeni parametri rada. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada u laboratoriju su rađeni navari mehaniziranim TIG postupkom na uzorcima titanija pri čemu su korištene dvije mješavine zaštitnog plina te dvije različite brzine zavarivanja kako bi se utvrdio njihov utjecaj na dubinu penetracije. Nakon izvedenog navarivanja analizirana je profil zavara te je izmjerena dubina penetracije. Na osnovu izmjerenih vrijednosti doneseni su zaključci o utjecaju mješavine zaštitnog plina kao i brzine zavarivanja na dubinu penetracije za TIG postupak zavarivanja titanija. ; The aim of this master's thesis is to determine the influence of welding speed and shielding gas mixture on the depth of penetration for TIG welding of titanium. The characteristics of titanium and it's alloys along with the characteristics of welding procedures usually used for joining them are examined in the theoretical part. The TIG process is further analyzed along with the details regarding filler materials, gas mixtures and specificities are examined regarding welding titanium with this procedures along with the typical welding parameters. The experimental research was done in the laboratory and it included a mechanized TIG process used to make beads while two different shielding gas mixtures and welding speeds were used to determine their influence on the depth of penetration.
