The current publication includes selected materials from the 21 volumes of documents of the Paris Peace Conference (1918-1919), which were prepared and published in limited total print by David Hunter Miller who was secretary to the president of the USA. It is evident the strong and lonely position of the American delegation during the peace conference in Paris, which made an unsuccessful attempt to stand up the views of President Woodrow Wilson concerning the peace treaties after the First World War on the national principle. Staying on that principle basis the American delegation defends Bulgaria, even without success, many times against the plundering of its neighbor countries. Those documents are an important source concerning the further researches on the subject of the second national catastrophe, which began after the signing of the Neuilly peace treaty.
