The article offers information on the Pulp Architecture program in the U.S. The program began at the Pulp Graduate Studio of the University of Texas in Arlington and at the 2003 Brendan Gill lecture at the Yale University. According to the author, pulp is a form of architecture informed and fashioned from film, street culture, art, play, terror, surveillance, war and new media. Pulp has begun to tap the urgency that lies outside the usual fame academy in architecture in New York, Los Angeles, Yale and other universities.
