This paper describes a wireless measurement system, capable of measuring bioimpedance and ECG. Wireless system makes it possible to perform measurements in patient's natural living environment during daily routines or sports, which increases the quality of results. Bioimpedance is measured with the conventional tetrapolar method. The radio link is implemented with an ANT™ protocol compliant radio circuits. One achieved design goal is a 24-hour operating time, which improves the usability of the device in long-term measurements. Another design target is 100Hz sample rate per channel. According to preliminary measurements performed with the measurement system, the signal to noise ratio of measured cardiac signals is high. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
