In intensive pig production, large and stubborn problems are losses among suckling, especially in weaned piglets caused by infection of enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli (ETEC), usually F4ac+ and / or F18ac+ strains. The research within the project 053-0532265-2255 was established satisfactory imunoprophylactic effect of experimental oral F4ac+ and / or F18ac+ non-ETEC vaccine against colidiarrhoea and colienterotoxemia in weaned piglets. However, in the m. longissimus dorsi orally vaccinated pigs with a bivalent vaccine (containing two strains of E. coli / F4ac + no ETEC strain 2407 and not F18ac + ETEC strain 2143) chemical analysis showed statistically insignificant changes in relation to the chemical composition of m. longissimus dorsi nonvaccinated pigs. En la producción porcina la pérdida de los cochinillos que todavía maman y los gorrinos representa un problema tenaz, causado por infecciones en mayores casos causadas por la F4ac+ y/o F18+, cepas de bacteria Escherichia coli enterotoxigénica (ECET). Dentro del proyecto 053-0532265-2255 se ha establecido un efecto inmunoprofiláctico satisfactorio de vacunas orales experimentales F4ac+ y/o F18ac+ no-ECET contra colidiarrea y colienterotoxemia de gorrinos. No obstante, por la evaluación química de m. longissimus dorsi de los cerdos vacunados con la vacuna peroral bivalente (contiene dos cepas de E. Coli/F4ac+ no-ECET cepa 2407 y F18ac+ no-ECET cepa 2143) se ha definido una diferencia estadísticamente insignificante con respecto a la composición química de m. longissimus dorsi procedente de los cerdos no vacunados. In der Schweinezuchtherstellung stellen ein großes und hartnäckiges Problem Verlüste unter säugenden und abgewiesenen Schweine dar, die durch Infektionen verursacht sind, am häufigsten mit F4ac+ und/oder F18ac+ enterotoxigener Sorten der Bakterie Ischerichia coli (ETEC). Im Rahmen der Untersuchung 053-0532265-2255 wurde eine zufriedenstellende immunoprophylaktische Wirkung der experimentalen oralen Impfstoffe F4ac+ und/oder F18ac+ ne-ETEC gegen Coli Diarrhea und Coli Enterotoxemia der Abgewiesenen festgestellt. Jedoch wurde im m.longissimus dorsi bei Schweinen, die peroral mit dem bivalenten Impfstoff (enthält zwei Sorten der Bakterie E. coli/F4ac+ ne ETEC Sorte 2407 und F18ac+ ne ETEC Sorte 2143) geimpft wurden, durch chemische Analyse eine statistisch unbedeutende Veränderung in Bezug auf chemische Zusammensetzung m. longissimus dorsi stammend von ungeimpften Schweinen, festgestellt. U svinjogojskoj proizvodnji, veliki i tvrdokorni problem predstavljaju gubici među sisajućom, a napose odbijenom prasadi, uzrokovani infekcijama najčešće F4ac+ i/ili F18ac+ enterotoksigenim sojevima bakterije Escherichia coli (ETEC). U istraživanjima u okviru projekta 053-0532265-2255 utrđen je zadovoljavajući imunoprofilaktički učinak pokusnih oralnih F4ac+ i/ili F18ac+ ne-ETEC cjepiva protiv kolidijareje i kolinterotoksemije odbijenika. Međutim, u m. longissimus dorsi svinja koje su peroralno cjepljene s dvovaljanim cjepivom (sadrži dva soja bakterije E. coli/F4ac+ ne ETEC soj 2407 i F18ac+ ne ETEC soj 2143) kemijskom analizom je utvrđena statistički neznačajna promjena u odnosu na kemijski sastav m. longissimus dorsi porijeklom od necjepljenih svinja. Nella produzione suina, un problema rilevante e radicato è rappresentato dalle perdite tra i lattanti, e tra i suini svezzati, causato dalle infezioni F4ac+ e/o F18ac+ degli strati enterotossigeni dei batteri dell'Escherichia coli (ETEC). Dalle ricerche eseguite neltogetto 053-0532265-2255 è stato confermato un effetto immuno-profilattico soddisfacente dei vaccini sperimentali orali F4ac+ e/o F18ac+ ne-ETEC contro la colidiarrea e colienterotossemia dei maialini svezzati. Però, nel muscolo longissimus dorsi dei suini vaccinati peroralmente con vaccino bivalente (che contiene due ceppi di batteri di E. coli/F4ac+ ne ETEC ceppo 2407 e F18ac+ ne ETEC ceppo 2143) è stato confermato tramite analisi chimica un cambiamento statisticamente insignificante in confronto alla composizione chimica del muscolo longissimus dorsi proveniente da suini non vaccinati.
