We report on a VNMR study of vanadium oxide - decylamine nanotubes. V NMR spectra show three lines resulting from a diamagnetic V and two paramagnetic V ions, respectively. The V/V ratio is estimated to be ~0.47. V spin-lattice relaxation comprises both magnetic and quadrupolar contributions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
