The article focuses on the controversy regarding the bombing of the Greenpeace flagship Rainbow Warrior on July 10, 1985 in South Pacific region. It is stated that bombing also causes the death of crewman/photographer Fernando Pereira, who was trapped in his cabin below decks, causing his death. Accordingly, the tragedy has gained international publicity to South Pacific. Later, it was found that the culprits of the terrorism are agents of the French government, who are equivalent to the U.S. agents of Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) and the British MI6. Information about other patterns of coercion, economic blackmail and strong-arm tactics employed by the U.S. and France to achieve their political and military objectives in the Pacific region is discussed.
