The purpose of this paper is to identify the quality of work life factors that affect employee turnover intention in Morocco, in a context of Covid-19 pandemic, a source of massive layoffs and labor market disruptions. The data were collected using a questionnaire filled in by employees working in the health, call center, information technology and journalism sectors. The overall results show that, contrary to the existing literature, only organizational factors have a negative impact on turnover intention, however, this impact is not significant. Therefore, we can conclude that the Covid-19 pandemic and its repercussions on the Moroccan labor market have led to a low employee turnover intention. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
