Only in recent years, on the occasion of the thirtieth anniversary of her death, the figure of Franca Helg (1920-1989), architect, designer, academic, urban planner and museographer, began to emerge from a long period of obscurity. Although a monograph on her work is still missing, recently some spaces have been dedicated to her. Her oblivion certainly was not only due to the fact that she was a woman in a predominantly male sector, but also on the long professional partnership with the architect Franco Albini. As in the other fields, the numerous projects today are rarely correctly attributed to both even in that of exhibitions and museums. Through the projects, the writings (edited and unpublished) and the archival funds available, this work aims to start a process of compensation for Franca Helg's contribution to post-war museography.
