2种离子液体对水泥窑窑尾烟气CO2吸收特性试验研究. (Chinese)

As the global warming trend continues, carbon emission reduction in the industrial sector is imminent. In the cement clinker production process, the cement kiln produces a large amount of CO 2 rich flue gas with a concentration of more than 30%. Therefore, the carbon capture of cement kiln tail gas will play an important role in carbon emission reduction in the industrial field. Taking two kinds of ionic liquids [M 4 Gu]Ac (tetramethylguanidine acetate) and [TMG][Lac] (tetramethylguanidine lactate) as the research objects, we have investigated their differences in 30, 50, 70 Absorption characteristics of CO 2 in pure CO 2 and simulated flue gas of cement kiln at ℃ . The results show that the maximum absorption of pure CO 2 and CO 2 in the simulated flue gas of cement kiln tail by ionic liquids is greatly reduced with the increase of temperature, and the maximum absorption of pure CO 2 by the two ionic liquids at 70℃ is less than Its maximum absorption capacity is 50% at 30℃; [M 4 Gu]Ac, [TMG][Lac] The absorption effect of CO 2 in the simulated flue gas of cement kiln tail is obviously inferior to the absorption effect of pure CO 2 . The maximum absorption is only 22.3% and 20.9% of the maximum absorption of pure CO 2 by the two ionic liquids under the same working conditions . The results of 5 absorption and regeneration cycles of ionic liquids at 70℃ show that the absorption performance of the two ionic liquids is basically stable, and the number of regenerations has little effect on their CO 2 absorption capacity. 随着全球气候变暖趋势不断持续,工业领域的碳减排迫在眉睫。水泥熟料生产工艺中,水泥窑产生大量富含CO2的烟气,浓度高达30%以上。因此,水泥窑窑尾烟气的碳捕集将对工业领域的碳减排具有重要作用。以2种离子液体[M4Gu]Ac(四甲基胍醋酸盐)、[TMG][Lac](四甲基胍乳酸盐)为研究对象,分别考察了其在30、50、70℃下对纯CO2和水泥窑窑尾模拟烟气中CO2的吸收特性。结果表明,离子液体对纯CO2和水泥窑窑尾模拟烟气中CO2的最大吸收量皆随温度的升高而大幅降低,70℃时2种离子液体对纯CO2的最大吸收量小于其在30℃时最大吸收量的50%;[M4Gu]Ac、[TMG][Lac]对水泥窑窑尾模拟烟气中CO2的吸收效果明显劣于对纯CO2的吸收效果,最大吸收量仅为相同工况下2种离子液体对纯CO2最大吸收量的22.3%和20.9%。70℃下对离子液体进行5次吸收和再生循环试验结果表明,2种离子液体的吸收性能基本稳定,再生次数对其CO2吸收能力影响不大。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
