Present article presents ferroelectric hysteresis behavior of [(Ba 0.825+ x Ca 0.175− x )(Ti 1− x Sn x )O 3 ] ceramics for x = 0.0625, 0.0875 and 0.100 samples. Temperature-dependent ferroelectric hysteresis scaling affiliation for remnant polarization (P r ) and coercive field (E c ) have been recommended. In view of scaling, the power law temperature proponent was efficiently settled for the hysteresis parameters. The dynamic hysteresis scaling of P r and E c at sintering temperature of 1450 °C for 2 h harvest P r α T −0.92 and E c α T −038 . By Arrhenius law, the back switching polarization (P bc ) and domain dynamics also evaluated in the form of temperature (T). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
