The development of the Latvian Warmblood horse breed is focused on producing horses suitable for show jumping and dressage. The free jumping testing methodology of the Latvian Warmblood includes valuation in ten-point scoring scale and the description of traits, but linear profiling has replaced the mutual description since 2019. This study equated the mutual description of jumping traits to an amplitude of expression in linear profile in the range from -2 to 2. The aim of the study was to compare free jumping technique in seven damlines. Damline Zierde had the highest average free jumping score (7.51±0.10; n=78), the lowest -- Damline Zenda Old 12 -- Fata Old 16 (6.93±0.11; n=71) that had a significant difference in average of this trait in comparison with other damlines except Skaidrīte Lsb 68. Damline Fata Lb 806 had more expressed bascule (1.86±0.14), and the difference in average of trait was significant (p < 0.05) in comparison with damline Zenda Old 12 -- Fata Old 16 (0.38±0.71). Damline Fata Lb 806 had a better technique of forelegs (1.80±0.20), but the lowest average linear valuation of hind leg technique. Damlines Zenda Old 12 -- Fata Old 16 (-0.28±0.47) and Skaidrīte Lsb 68 (-0.2±0.37) had the significantly lower average of linear valuation for forelegs in comparison with damlines Anila, Fata Lb 806, Juluška H 194. Damlines Zenda Old 12 -- Fata Old 16 and Skaidrīte Lsb 68 showed the lowest average scores in a jumping technique and lowest linear evaluation, these damlines are most valuable in the Heavy Warmblood breed due their genealogy from the earliest Studbook volumes and the quality of conformation.
